Client Development Assistant

Homes of Hope is hiring a part-time Client Development Assistant to work with affordable housing clients in Greenville, SC.

HOURS

Monday – Thursday (9:30 – 4:00)
(1 hour lunch)
Friday (9:00 – 3:00)
(1hour paid staff lunch)

$12 per hour

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Passion for service, provide exceptional customer care for 200 plus households, possess strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.

Computer: Someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Client Data Management Software, comfortable using an array of computer programs: outlook calendar scheduling program, mail merge and willing to learn new programs and software.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties to include assisting the Director of Client Development to serve and provide our affordable housing clients with the best customer care, work with volunteers, compliance monitoring, handle lease ups and lease renewals, work with clients on Financial Wellness (Banking, Budgeting & Building Savings) and data entry.
